Freelance HR Recruiters Needed
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
Job Summary:
Own HR Solutions is looking for dynamic and result-driven freelance HR Recruiters to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for professionals who want to work flexibly and earn based on their performance. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities for various client requirements, working remotely on a profit-sharing basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand job requirements from clients and internal teams.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (Job Portals, LinkedIn, Social Media, etc.).
Conduct initial interviews and schedule further rounds with the client.
Maintain regular communication with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate with clients for feedback and interview outcomes.
Ensure closure of positions within agreed timelines.
Maintain accurate and timely records of recruitment activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment (Freshers with strong communication & learning ability can also apply).
Good understanding of different sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Profit Sharing Model:
10% Profit Share on revenue generated if monthly billing is between ₹30,000 to ₹1,00,000.
Additional 5% Incentive on entire revenue if monthly billing exceeds ₹1,00,000.
5% Profit Share if monthly billing is below ₹30,000.
Training support will be provided during the initial onboarding period (3 days).
