Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Freelance Recruiter to join our team on a project basis. The ideal candidate should be able to identify and source top talents across various industries and functions, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth job analysis to understand the requirements of the hiring manager and develop a job description and candidate profile.
Create and post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
Proactively source and screen candidates through various channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking events.
Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates’ fit for the position and the company culture.
Provide a positive and efficient candidate experience by keeping them informed throughout the recruitment process and managing expectations.
Collaborate with hiring managers to select the most suitable candidates and negotiate job offers.
Ensure compliance with legal and company requirements throughout the recruitment process.
Utilize recruitment metrics and data to track the effectiveness of the recruitment process and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
Should be well versed with US hiring process(tax-terms).
Ability to work on fulltime and contract requirements.
Proven experience as a Freelance Recruiter or similar role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, tools, and techniques.
Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
