Freelance Recruiter for multiple Hiring

I’m ready to hand over full-cycle recruiting for several simultaneous roles so I can focus on client strategy. You will take each new requisition I send, clarify key success factors with me, and then own the process—from market mapping and outreach through shortlisting and interview coordination—until an accepted offer is in place.

Because my clients span multiple sectors and job families, you should be comfortable switching gears quickly and tailoring your sourcing approach for niche technical talent one day and senior commercial profiles the next. I’ll supply background on each company and its culture; you’ll craft or refine the job posting, build targeted pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, niche boards and direct networking, and maintain candidate data in our ATS (we use Workable, but if you prefer another cloud-based system let me know).

Success for me looks like timely, transparent updates, a concise shortlist of pre-qualified candidates per role, and a smooth hand-off to the hiring manager for final interviews and offer negotiation.
