Responsibilities:
Sourcing and screening candidates from India for relocation and employment opportunities abroad
Managing the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and candidate support
Working with various platforms (job portals, LinkedIn, local databases) to attract talent
Providing regular updates and reports on search status
Assisting candidates throughout the relocation process
Requirements:
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in manufacturing, production, or technical industries
Good knowledge of Indian job markets and sourcing strategies
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
English proficiency (written and spoken) — intermediate or higher
Previous experience with international recruitment is a plus
