My team supports a steady flow of mid-to-senior searches for clients around the world and I’m expanding our network of independent recruiters to keep pace. The mandates cover both technical and non-technical specialties, with current demand concentrated in Technology, Healthcare, the intelligent-driving automotive sector, as well as Semiconductor, Fintech, Internet, Artificial Intelligence, Manufacturing, Energy, Consumer Goods, and other industries. Because each brief is international, familiarity with regional talent markets and the confidence to engage passive candidates are essential.
Here’s how collaboration will work:
• Source, screen, and present short-lists that meet the brief, focusing on candidates who already have solid experience within the target industry.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback from both sides, and maintain momentum through each stage.
• Guide offers and counter-offers so that acceptance sticks and the start date is secured.
All activity is fully remote and self-paced. You decide when and how many requisitions to pick up; there’s no earnings cap and new roles arrive continuously. Success is measured by the successful placement of candidates who complete the probationary period and the full payment received from the client, not by the hours worked.
