We are looking for experienced freelance recruiters who can source, screen, and deliver quality candidates.

Responsibilities:

Source candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, references, and social media.

Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.

Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth hiring.


Requirements:

Experience in BPO or IT hiring (minimum 6 months).

Good communication skills and understanding of recruitment process.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.


Payment Structure:

Per successful closure (Payment will be made after candidate joins and completes the agreed period).
