Freelance US IT Recruiter (Startup Hiring Specialist – $2,000 per Hire)

Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to help us hire top technical talent for fast-growing startups.
This is a freelance / remote position where you’ll work on multiple exciting roles directly with startup founders and hiring teams.

Responsibilities
Partner with US-based startups to understand their hiring requirements.
Source, screen, and shortlist top candidates using your own tools and database.
Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and clients.
Ensure high-quality candidate experience and fast turnaround time.
Provide regular updates and maintain organized candidate pipelines.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in US IT/technical recruitment, preferably working with startups.
Proven track record of successful technical placements.
Access to your own recruiting tools, job boards, and data sources.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of startup hiring culture and technical talent markets.
Compensation

$2,000 USD per successful hire

No cap on the number of hires — the more you close, the more you earn.
