Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Freelance HR Recruiter to join our team on a commission-based arrangement. This role involves sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for various roles within our organization. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your HR skills, work independently, and earn competitive commissions based on your performance. This is a 100% remote position.
Responsibilities:
1. Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source qualified candidates through various online channels, including job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, and other relevant platforms.
2. Resume Screening: Review and screen resume to identify candidates who meet the required qualifications and experience for specific job openings.
3. Candidate Presentation: Prepare and present qualified candidates to hiring managers, providing detailed summaries of their qualifications and suitability.
4. Job Description Assistance: Assist in refining and updating job descriptions to attract the best candidates.
5. Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a talent pipeline for frequently needed roles, staying proactive in finding suitable candidates.
6. Record Keeping : Keep records of your activities and provide regular updates on candidate progress.
Commission Structure:
• You will receive a commission for each successful candidate placement.
• Commissions will be paid after the successful onboarding of the candidate.
• We will provide the JD and the necessary support to you from our end.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in sourcing and recruiting candidates.
2. Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
5. Proficiency in using online recruitment platforms, social media, and other sourcing tools.
6. Strong resume screening and candidate assessment skills.
7. Prior experience is a plus.
8. Strong computer and internet access.
