Freelance HR Recruiter Needed for BPO & Sales Roles

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team on a freelance basis, specializing in recruiting for the BPO industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition for Customer Service Representatives (CSR), Relationship Managers (RM), and Telesales positions. This is a remote position with flexible hours.
Responsibilities:
Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
Create and post job descriptions on relevant job boards.
Screen resumes and job applications.
Perform reference checks as needed.
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role, preferably within the BPO industry.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including social media and professional networks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience recruiting for BPO Sales roles such as CSR, RM, and Telesales.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Strong decision-making skills.
Project Duration:
12 months
Payment Structure:
₹3000 per successful candidate.
Payment is contingent on the candidate remaining employed for at least 3 months. If a candidate falls back within 3 months, payment will not be made for that candidate.
