Freelance HR Recruiter Needed
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
We are looking for an experienced Freelance HR Recruiter to help us source, screen, and hire candidates for various roles. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the recruitment process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and track hiring progress.
Provide regular updates on hiring status.
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
Requirements:
Prior experience in hiring for SaaS sales is preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles at a time.
Experience using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Compensation:
Payment is based on successful hires (negotiable).
