Freelance Recruiter Needed
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
BossJi is a new career-tech startup on a mission to end fresher unemployment in India. We help overlooked candidates to launch their careers with insider gyaan and connections to placement opportunities. At the same time, companies pay BossJi to hire our job-ready candidates quickly and affordably.
After successfully placing 50 candidates, BossJi is rapidly onboarding new companies and candidates. We are looking to quickly onboard remote/WFH freelance recruiters ready to work on various non-tech, mid-level roles (typically Rs. 5-15 LPA packages) in B2B SaaS and fintech startups.
Role description:
Your role will be to source and screen candidates as our clients will take over the recruitment process post-shortlisting our candidates.
We'll give the mandates (from our clients), screening questions, and message templates as well as share feedback.

Recruiters confident of their candidate sourcing/screening abilities who can close mandates quickly
Those who need flexibility: set your own hours and WFH (We don't care what hours you work as long as you generate a consistent flow of strong candidates.)
