Freelance Recruiter – Mumbai Database

I need an experienced freelance recruiter who already maintains a solid, up-to-date database of Mumbai-based field sales talent. The profiles you will source and close are for a Recruitment industry client and must match a mid-level brief with a proven sales record as a non-negotiable skill.

Scope of work
• Source, screen and present qualified field sales candidates from your own Mumbai network.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback and secure offers until the candidate actually joins.
• Achieve at least 10 successful closures every month.

Payment model
My client follows a 90-day payment cycle, so your fees release once I am paid. Consistently hit the 10-closure target for three straight months and I will convert the engagement into a flexible salary + incentive plan while you still operate as a freelancer.

Key points to note
– You must already have a personal database for Mumbai; building from scratch will not work for this assignment.
– Only mid-level sales professionals with an established performance record will be accepted.
– I am open to any sourcing tools or CRM you prefer, as long as the agreed numbers are met.
