Freelance Recruiter
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
We are looking for an experienced Freelance Recruiter to help us source and close top-tier talent for Capital Markets, Wealth Management, and Financial Advisory roles. You will work independently to identify, assess, and onboard candidates for our growing team of financial professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates for Capital Markets, Wealth Management, Research, and Sales/Dealing positions.
Utilize professional networks, job portals, and social media to attract suitable candidates.
Conduct initial interviews to evaluate communication, product understanding, and client-handling capabilities.
Coordinate interviews between shortlisted candidates and internal hiring managers.
Maintain candidate pipelines and regular communication throughout the hiring process.
Ensure hiring targets are met within defined timelines.
Requirements:
Proven experience in recruitment (preferably in BFSI, Capital Markets, or Financial Services).
Strong understanding of roles such as Dealer, RM, Wealth Manager, Portfolio Advisor, Research Analyst, etc.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Access to job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, or relevant databases (preferred).
