Freelance Recruiter

I am in need of an experienced freelance recruiter who can help with sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for healthcare roles, specifically Sr. Medical Representatives. This is an end-to-end recruitment role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates primarily from job boards, social media, and through employee referrals.
- Screen and interview candidates according to client specifications.

Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in recruiting for the healthcare industry is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills and self-motivation are essential.
- Proven track record of successful placements.

Payment: This is a commission-based role, with payment made after the closure of each vacancy.
