Freelance Recruiter

I am looking for Freelance Recruiters for our HR Company. Freelancer must have minimum 2 years experience as a recruiter. Should be able to search resumes through job portals and databases. freelancers with access to candidate databases will be preferred. Should know how to match Job Description to Candidate profiles, pre-screening, setting up interviews etc. Potential to earn Rs. 50 K per month and more
