Freelance Interviewer Needed

We are looking for a confident and professional Freelance Interviewer to conduct candidate interviews on our behalf. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to assess candidates effectively, and experience in handling structured interviews.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual interviews with candidates (via video platforms)

Ask structured and role-specific questions

Evaluate candidate responses based on predefined criteria

Maintain professionalism and neutrality during interviews

Share detailed feedback and assessment reports after each interview

Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication and listening skills

Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or interviewing preferred

Ability to understand job roles and evaluate candidates accordingly

Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment

Comfortable using video conferencing tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom)

Preferred Skills:

Experience in mortgage, finance, or customer service roles (for MMS position)

Strong analytical and decision-making abilities

Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
