Freelance International Recruiter
Budget: €8 – €30 EUR
At Cross Border Talents we are looking for a #freelancer BPO International #recruiter who wants to work #remotely. The candidate should be able to communicate fluently in English plus another European language.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Coordinate with the manager to identify ongoing needs
-Job post the vacancies in diverse international platforms
-Headhunting potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
-Screen the candidates that fit the required profile
-Plan and execute preliminary interviews
-Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
-Follow up candidates until they are hired for the client
OUR OFFER:

REQUIERMENTS:
-Experience in recruitment, costumer services or a sales environment
-Familiarity with Social Media, resume Databases and Professional Networks;
-Experience working with the European market;
-Minimum availability of 30 hours per week.
-English plus another European languages (such as Dutch, German, French, Greek, Italian, Spanish, Polish...)

-Strong sense of commitment and responsibility;
