* Leveraging different platforms to find the most suitable profiles.
* Passing on contact details for most promising candidates
Ideal Skills & Experience:
* Prior experience in recruitment, especially within the fashion and modeling industry.
* Excellent manpower sourcing strategies and networking skills.
* Deep knowledge and understanding of the India job market, especially Mumbai, Delhi, and Chandigarh.
* Familiarity with hiring freshers/entry-level talents.
