Responsibilites
1.Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
2. Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc
3. Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
Commission based business model :
On every candidate placed company will be sharing three to five percent of candidate's monthly salary upto 3 months.
