Who We Are
Studio Nova is a South African based premium creator management agency that helps women build serious income through OF and subscription-based content platforms. We handle everything behind the scenes — strategy, content planning, privacy protection, subscriber management, and growth — so our creators can focus on what they do best.
We're looking for a warm, professional, and non-judgmental woman to join us as a Freelance Creator Onboarding Interviewer.
What This Role Is
We regularly receive inquiries from women who have already expressed interest in joining OF and want to know more about working with an agency like ours. These are warm leads — they've raised their hand. They're curious. They just need someone they can trust to walk them through how Studio Nova works and whether it's the right fit for them.
That's where you come in.
Your job is simple: have real, honest conversations with these women — explain our model, answer their questions, understand their situation, and help them decide if Studio Nova is right for them.
You are not selling. You are not pressuring. You are having a professional, supportive conversation with someone who is already interested.
Your Responsibilities
Conduct 20–30 minute video or voice calls with warm leads who have already expressed interest in OF
Clearly explain how Studio Nova works — our model, what we offer, how we protect creator privacy, and what creators can realistically earn
Listen to each candidate's goals, concerns, and circumstances
Assess whether they're a good fit for our program
Complete a short post-call form summarising your assessment
Hand off qualified candidates to our team for onboarding
What You'll Be Given
A complete call script and talking points (you don't need to figure this out yourself)
Background on Studio Nova's model, values, and process
A booking system — all appointments are scheduled for you
A simple post-call form to fill in after each interview

Who We're Looking For
You must be:
A native or fluent English speaker based in the UK, US, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand
Female
Comfortable discussing adult content platforms in a matter-of-fact, professional way
Warm, empathetic, and a genuinely good listener
Non-judgmental — this is a safe space for women exploring a legitimate income option
Reliable and responsive — if you book a call, you show up
You don't need:
Sales experience (this is not a sales role)
Experience in the adult industry
Any technical background
Nice to have:
Experience in coaching, HR, recruitment, counselling, social work, or customer success
Familiarity with OnlyFans or the creator economy
Compensation
$20 USD per hour
Hours are flexible — you set your availability
Most interviewers complete 2–5 calls per day
Each call runs 20–30 minutes
What This Is NOT
This is not a sales job. You won't be chasing targets or pressuring anyone.
This is not a content creation role. You will never appear on camera for Studio Nova.
This is not a full-time position. This is flexible freelance work.
