Expert HR Professional Needed for Recruitment

I need an experienced HR professional who can take full ownership of sourcing and hiring several mid-level employees for my organization. I already have job descriptions drafted; what I’m missing is the expertise to turn those requirements into a smooth, well-structured hiring funnel that quickly brings quality candidates to the final interview stage.

Here’s what I expect from you:

• Refine and post the job ads on the most effective platforms
• Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, niche boards, and your own network
• Screen résumés, run initial phone or video interviews, and create concise evaluation notes
• Coordinate second-round interviews with my internal team, keeping both candidates and stakeholders informed
• Share a weekly progress update so I can see pipeline health at a glance

Acceptance criteria:
1. A minimum of five qualified, interview-ready candidates per role within the agreed timeline
2. Clear documentation of your screening criteria and interview feedback
3. Positive candidate experience reflected in follow-up surveys I will provide
