Experienced 360° Recruitment Consultant Needed

Our Sydney based Recruitment Consultancy is looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant based out of the Philippines.
The successful applicant will have a proven track record in business development (developing a client list from scratch) and sourcing and placing candidates.
As a 360° Recruitment Consultant, you’ll build and manage your own permanent recruitment desk. You’ll connect with key decision-makers in your target industry and promote the consultancy as their go-to partner for all things recruitment.
Your responsibilities will include managing the entire recruitment process—strategic talent sourcing, screening, referrals, and providing ongoing advice and support.
The Recruitment Consultancy will provide you with an opportunity to leverage our Sydney office to grow and manage your own business and support you with all the tools you need to be successful in this role.
This role is offered as a part-time position moving to full-time after probation period.
Salary and uncapped competitive commission structure offered.
