Experienced Recruiters Needed to Hire 20+ Tech Professionals for Growing Startup in Hyderabad
Budget: ₹250,000 – ₹500,000 INR
We are a fast-growing technology startup based in Hyderabad, gearing up to launch several innovative products in the cloud and AI space. We are looking for experienced and result-driven freelance recruiters or recruitment agencies to help us build a strong and talented team of up to 20 professionals over the next 2-3 months.
Positions to be Filled:
We are hiring across multiple functions, including but not limited to:
Frontend Developers (React.js, Angular)
Backend Developers (Node.js, Python, Go)
Full Stack Developers
UI/UX Designers
Ideal Recruiter Profile:
Proven track record in hiring for tech/startup roles in India (especially Tier 1 cities like Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mumbai).
Strong database/network of pre-screened candidates.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Able to understand job descriptions, filter candidates, conduct preliminary interviews, and schedule interviews with our internal team.
Timely follow-ups and strong coordination abilities.
What We Expect:
Recruitment of 20 high-quality candidates within 8-12 weeks.
Weekly updates on progress.
End-to-end hiring support (sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, follow-ups).
Candidates should be willing to work hybrid or onsite in Hyderabad (depending on role).
Compensation:
Competitive per-hire fee or milestone-based payment structure.
Bonus for early/on-time completion and high candidate retention.
