Experienced Recruiter Needed
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
We are an IT services and consulting company looking for an experienced recruiter to support our hiring efforts in the U.S. market.
This is a freelance opportunity with flexible engagement. We are seeking someone who can efficiently manage sourcing and screening processes and deliver qualified candidates in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Source and identify candidates based on given criteria
Screen applicants and evaluate qualifications
Present a shortlist of strong candidates
Assist with interview coordination as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Compensation:
Open to hourly or fixed-price arrangements
Bonus will be awarded upon successful placement of a suitable candidate
