Experienced Healthcare Recruiter for Staffing Agency

We are a rapidly growing staffing agency with a strong focus on the healthcare sector. Due to an increasing volume of job openings, we are seeking an experienced healthcare recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting for healthcare positions and be able to manage the full recruitment cycle efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various healthcare positions, including but not limited to Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and other allied health roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
Develop and post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
Utilize various sourcing methods to attract top talent, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Conduct thorough background checks and reference checks.
Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a recruiter in the healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of healthcare roles and industry trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience with a staffing agency.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
Familiarity with Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
