Entry-Level Talent Recruitment Support

I’m looking for a reliable partner who can take complete charge of our entry-level hiring funnel. The work begins with proactive talent sourcing—posting and refreshing ads on leading job boards, running targeted outreach on our social channels, and tapping existing staff for referrals—then flows straight through to interview coordination and first-day onboarding.

Here’s how I picture the collaboration:
• Candidate sourcing: keep the pipeline full by refreshing listings, screening incoming applications, and short-listing the most promising profiles.
• Interview scheduling: liaise with candidates and our managers to lock in times, circulate calendar invites, and confirm attendance.
• Employee onboarding: once an offer is accepted, send out paperwork, prepare welcome packs, and track completion of all forms and intro sessions.

Success for me is a weekly pipeline report highlighting source performance (job boards, social media, referrals), interviews booked within 24 hours of short-listing, and a smooth, checklist-driven onboarding experience for every new hire.
