Entry-Level IT Contractor Recruitment
Budget: $20 – $30 SGD
In this project, I am looking for help with recruiting entry-level temporary IT contractors. The chosen freelancer will need to have a deep understanding of the IT industry and help identify suitable candidates for positions that might include various IT skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit candidates with potential, who may not have established a specific IT skill-set yet.
- Gauge candidate's IT abilities, interests, and potential.
- Manage the entire recruitment process for temporary IT contractors.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge of IT recruitment.
- Familiarity with IT skills and roles (programming, database management, network administration).
- Experience with entry-level recruitment.
- Exceptional judgement and decision-making ability.
- Excellent communication skills.
Please note: Recognising potential in candidates who are still exploring their IT skill-set is key for this role. I need a freelancer who can identify diamonds in the rough and match them to the appropriate roles.
