End-to-End Recruitment Partner
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need the complete recruitment cycle handled for several mid-level HR roles—from identifying talent right through to offer acceptance. They take ownership of sourcing (Naukri and Indeed are my primary channels), screening, interview scheduling, and all candidate‐side coordination, keeping both hiring managers and applicants in the loop throughout the process.
Proven experience in talent acquisition is essential because I will rely on them to work independently, juggle multiple requisitions at once, and communicate clearly with busy stakeholders. Strong Boolean search skills, up-to-date knowledge of Naukri and Indeed tools, and crisp email/phone etiquette will set you up for success.
Deliverables for each role:
• Shortlist of pre-screened, qualified candidates with résumé notes
• Calendar-integrated interview slots confirmed with both sides
• Weekly progress summary (pipeline status, next actions)
• Final coordination through offer and acceptance
