We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to help us hire candidates for our company. The freelancer will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews with potential candidates.
Our company deals with interior products such as wallpaper, wall panels, and decorative wall materials, and we are expanding our team.
Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks
Post job openings on relevant platforms
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
Conduct initial HR screening calls
Schedule interviews with the management team
Maintain candidate database and recruitment updates
Requirements
Proven experience in recruitment or HR hiring
Experience using job portals and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to deliver qualified candidates within the required timeline
Project Scope
Hiring for office staff / sales / operations roles
Expected number of hires: 2–5 candidates (may vary)
Work can be done remotely
