Delhi-Based Freelance HR for Web & Digital Recruitments for my Company
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I'm seeking a Delhi-based HR professional with experience in the tech industry to assist in recruiting 10-15 candidates for web developer and digital marketer roles, for my Company, focused on Web & Digital marketing technologies.
Naukri Ad Posting will be done soon once I get a HR Candidate for Outbound calls for the same.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing: The right candidate will need to actively search for CVs and reach out to potential candidates for our roles.
- Interviewing: Assist the candidate for the skills in Web &/or Digital Marketing & Motivate them to join my Comopany for the Professional Training & Internship & Placement in Web & Digital marketing Domains.
with Freebies, (I will discuss)....
- Recruitment: The goal is to find the perfect match for both our web developer and digital marketer roles.
This also includes Resumes searching for the relevant skills, with FRESHERS of 2023/24 Passouts, along with my "Target Audience of 16K Delhi Graduates" of Delhi based, who are 2019 Passouts.....
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in HR with a focus on tech recruitment, particularly web development and digital marketing roles.
- Evaluate Candidate with Motivating them to Join my Company, will share details once we discus.
- Familiarity with web development and digital marketing skills and qualifications would be an added advantage.
As per My Company's requirement, you can help us find the right candidates to fill these roles.
10-15 Candidates are required
As said earilier, Naukri Database searching also to be done, with relevant experience.
My Payment will be 5K to 8K INR, and Commission of 3K offered for each recruitment done.
I require 10-15 Candidates.
