We are seeking an experienced freelance recruitment professional who can manage candidate interviews and hiring support on a contract basis. The role involves screening candidates, conducting interviews, and supporting final hiring decisions.

Responsibilities

Review and shortlist resumes based on job requirements

Conduct HR and initial technical/functional interviews

Assess candidate skills, communication, and role suitability

Share interview feedback and hiring recommendations

Coordinate with the company on interview outcomes

Support end-to-end hiring as needed

Requirements

Proven experience in recruitment, interviewing, or talent acquisition

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to independently handle interviews

Experience hiring for IT / Healthcare / Engineering / Corporate roles (preferred)

Familiarity with ATS or hiring platforms is a plus
