Community Recruitment Partner (Mexico) – Remote Conversational Language Research Project

Project Description
We are looking for proactive individuals based in Mexico who can help identify and coordinate native Mexican Spanish speakers for a remote conversational language research project.
This is not a sales, telemarketing, or cold-calling role.
Instead, we're looking for people who already have access to communities, classmates, colleagues, professional networks, universities, or local organizations and can help organize eligible participants.
Responsibilities
Your role will include:
Recruiting eligible native Mexican Spanish speakers.
Helping participants form conversation pairs.
Coordinating schedules and availability.
Sharing project instructions and onboarding materials.
Supporting participants throughout the project.
Tracking progress until completion.
