About the Role
MC Study Ltd, a UK-registered education agency, is expanding its nationwide recruitment network and is looking for motivated individuals or small teams to help us recruit UK-based students for fully funded university courses through Student Finance England (SFE).
You will work remotely and refer eligible candidates (aged 21–56, UK residents for 3+ years) who are interested in pursuing undergraduate or postgraduate studies.
What You’ll Do
Identify potential students in the UK through social media, WhatsApp, Facebook, LinkedIn, or community networks.
Explain the benefits of Student Finance–funded university courses.
Collect and submit applicants’ documents to our official email
.
Follow up with each applicant during the admissions and interview process (we’ll train you step by step).
Track the student’s progress on the university portal once their application is submitted.
Commission Structure
You will earn a commission per enrolled student according to the number of students you recruit:
Students Enrolled (Per Intake) Commission per Student (£) Payment Terms
1 – 50 Students £300 Paid in one instalment (approx. 3 months after university confirmation)
51 – 100 Students £1,000 Paid in two instalments – 50% + 50%
101+ Students £1,400 Paid in three instalments – 25% + 25% + 50%
All payments are made after MC Study Ltd receives commission from the university, following the Student Finance England disbursement schedule.
Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in student recruitment, sales, or education consulting is a plus.
Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently.
Access to UK-based social groups or communities is an advantage.
Support Provided
Official contract and training materials.
Full course list, commission spreadsheet, and marketing content (PDFs, flyers, videos).
Dedicated team support for application tracking and processing.
