Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process independently.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates as per client requirements.
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates.
Ensure timely closures of open positions.
Maintain daily activity and candidate pipeline reports.
