Commission Based Recruiters Needed
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We are a Recruitment Firm in the Philippines directly hiring for our Global Partners. I am after recruitment professionals who specializes in niche hiring specifically for Support, Executive, and Information Technology related roles. Must be experts in Sourcing, Leads Generation, Recruitment and Talent Acquisition. I am expecting effective, productive, and quality results.
The freelancers are preferred to have:
- Strong sourcing abilities
- Good to Excellent communication skills
- Experience in technical recruiting is a must
You must be able to source, screen, and monitor hiring of suitable candidates for the IT sector positions. Ideal candidate has a background in recruitment, with proven experience fulfilling similar requirements.
This position is commission-based. Recruiters will receive $100 for each successful candidate endorsement who is successfully hired and confirmed onboarded, 15 calendar days after his/her employment start date.
