Commission-Based Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a results-driven recruiter who can help us identify, screen, and hire top talent across technical and business roles.
This is a performance-based opportunity for someone who is confident in sourcing and closing strong candidates.
Responsibilities:
Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, communities, and direct outreach
Screen candidates and conduct initial qualification calls
Coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders
Build and manage candidate pipelines
Help hire technical interviewers, IT professionals, bidders, and other strategic roles
Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Requirements:
Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Strong sourcing and communication skills
Ability to work independently and deliver results
Experience hiring technical or international talent is a plus
Compensation:
Commission-based compensation per successful hire
