Civil Site Engineer Recruiter Needed
Budget: ₹2,500 – ₹7,000 INR
Need a recruiter to source, screen, coordinate, and schedule immediate-joining Civil Site Engineers for an ongoing industrial construction project at Harohalli Industrial Area, Bangalore.
Apna Employer Account access will be provided. Your responsibility is not merely to forward resumes, but to actively manage the recruitment process from sourcing through interview coordination.
Candidate Requirements:
• B.E. Civil Engineering preferred (Diploma holders with strong industrial experience may also be considered)
• 2–5 years of site execution experience
• Industrial project experience preferred
• Immediate joiners only
Scope of Work:
• Source suitable candidates using Apna and other available channels
• Personally screen and shortlist candidates
• Verify their experience and genuine interest in the role
• Coordinate interview scheduling
• Follow up with candidates and ensure interview attendance
• Maintain communication with candidates until the interview stage
Important:
A candidate will be counted only when:
• You have personally screened the candidate
• The candidate attends an in-person interview at our office/site
Simply forwarding CVs or resumes will not be accepted and will not be considered a completed submission.
Please mention in your proposal:
• How many interview-ready candidates you can provide within 7 days
• Your fee structure (per candidate or fixed fee)
• The replacement guarantee period you offer for candidates who do not join
The assignment will be considered successfully completed once the agreed number of qualified candidates attend their interviews within the one-week timeline.
