China/Korea Recruiter: Malaysian Permits

I run a licensed agency in Malaysia that specialises in arranging work permits for the many sectors such as construction, information technology, business, purchasing or others. What I now need is a partner based in China or Korea who can tap into local networks, identify skilled or semi-skilled workers genuinely interested in relocating, and guide them through the early stages of the process.

Once you have vetted the candidates and gathered their basic documents, I take over all application processing on the Malaysian side, so your focus remains purely on sourcing and initial screening.

To help me understand whether we are a good fit, please outline your relevant experience in recruitment, labour export, or community outreach within China or Korea.

Deliverables
• A steady pipeline of qualified candidates ready for Malaysian work permits
• Complete primary documentation set per candidate (passport scan, photo)
• Ongoing communication until my team confirms each application has been lodged

The pay will be $100 to $200usd per successful candidate applied, base on how many cases you have done per month.
