Candidate sourcing on Facebook

A consultancy looking to expand to new markets is seeking assistance in sourcing candidates for specific roles on Facebook groups.
Specifically:
- Create a banner with the job description based on my requirements
- Research and join Facebook groups that could have suitable candidates
- Post the banner and perform an initial screening of CVs or incoming Facebook messages
- Send me the CVs
