Candidate Sourcing Support Needed
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need help with the very first step of hiring—finding potential candidates and compiling their details so I can move straight into screening and interviews myself.
Scope (kept intentionally lean for this initial engagement):
• Identify and collect a short-list of qualified prospects who meet the role profile I’ll share.
• Provide basic information for each lead: name, current role, LinkedIn URL, location, and email (or another reliable contact point).
I will supply the job description, any must-have skills, and preferred locations. From there, you research, verify, and return a concise spreadsheet of fresh candidates I haven’t seen before. A quick turnaround and accurate data are more important than volume; quality over quantity.
If this pilot list proves useful, I’m open to extending the collaboration for deeper sourcing or added stages of the recruitment process.
