Bulk Financial Advisor Recruitment
Budget: ₹7,500 – ₹75,000 INR
I’m partnering with one of India’s top insurance brands and need independent recruiters who can quickly source and onboard entry-level Financial Advisors. You will earn up to ₹8,000 for every advisor who successfully joins—there is no replacement clause and no upper cap on volume, so feel free to recruit in bulk.
Profiles to Present
• Experience: fresh or entry-level candidates eager to build a career in insurance advisory
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field (mandatory)
• Core Skills: solid grounding in financial planning & analysis plus strong customer service / relationship-management abilities
How We’ll Work
1. After we agree on terms and conditions, I’ll share the exact localities you should target.
2. You screen, interview, and convince suitable candidates to sign on with the insurer.
3. Once the company issues their advisor codes, I release your payment—up to ₹8,000 per head, immediately, with no replacement liability.
4. Track progress in a simple shared sheet so we both have real-time visibility on numbers.
If you already have a network in BFSI hiring, this is an easy win; if not, you can still leverage campus drives, social media, or referral chains. Speed and volume are what matter most.
