Bulk Customer Service Recruiters
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
This project centres on filling 100 on-site, entry-level customer service seats at our Mohali facility as quickly as possible. I need a recruitment partner who can own the entire funnel—from sourcing to Day-1 attendance—so the operations team receives a steady stream of ready-to-train joiners.
Scope of work
• Build a high-volume pipeline of local, entry-level candidates willing to start immediately.
• Pre-screen for communication skills, shift flexibility and basic eligibility.
• Schedule interviews with my internal panel, track attendance and keep candidates engaged until they sign the offer and report on Day-1.
• Send concise daily progress reports so both sides stay aligned on numbers, bottlenecks and upcoming joiners.
Payment terms
We can structure payouts per successful joining or agree on clear milestones—for example, after every batch of ten confirmed hires. Payments are released the moment HR validates attendance.
Success criteria
100 verified joiners are on our payroll within the mutually agreed timeline, with minimal no-shows.
