Bulk Blue-Collar Recruitment Specialist
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I'm looking for an experienced HR Recruiter specializing in blue-collar recruitment to hire 50-100 candidates monthly across India. Indian nationals only.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and onboard candidates for roles like warehouse associates, delivery boys, laborers, factory workers, and machine operators.
- Manage nationwide candidate relocation, with or without accommodation.
- Meet high-volume hiring targets under tight deadlines.
Requirements:
- Experience with migrant candidates is essential.
- Fluency in Hindi is mandatory; local languages are a plus.
- Proficient in sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Must work on a commission-based model, with payouts as low as ₹250 per hire for specific segments or clients.
Payment terms: 45 days after candidate joins. Free replacement if a candidate leaves within 45 days. No advance payment is available.
