Build a list of candidates on Linkedin

Hello!
I'm looking for someone to help me build a list of prospective candidates for a role we're recruiting for.
We're hiring a new Account Executive to work here at Circle. We want to build a list of potential candidates that we can reach out to about the role.
To start, we'll do a test project. I'll walk you through the right kind of profiles to look for on Linkedin. Based on those profile characteristics that I share with you (things like years of experience, job titles, companies they work at, etc.) you'll create a list of potential candidates (about 30 to start.)
Then you and I will review the list together and I'll give you feedback on the profiles. We'll dial it in and you'll go out and improve the quality of the profiles, based on my feedback from the first batch. And we'll continue to go out and build lists of potential candidates from there.
To start, I'd need one 30 minute interview with you. (It'll be paid.) And if it seems like a good fit on both sides, we'll move forward with a test project.
