Brazilian Specialist Trades Recruitment

€30K - €40K fees in total.
My Irish client has asked me to present thirty Brazilian trades professionals— ten electricians, ten solar installers, and ten roofers—for long-term roles in Ireland. I’m looking for a recruitment partner who can take full ownership of sourcing, screening, and documenting each candidate.
I have a recruiter contract to sign for a 50/50 split agreement. Each placement will range between salaries from €34K - €45K @12% placement fee.
What makes a candidate suitable?
• 3–5 years of solid, hands-on experience in the relevant trade
• Verified industry-specific certifications
• Demonstrated technical skills that match European standards
• Readiness to relocate and communicate in basic English
Your process should cover:
1. Sourcing through Brazilian job boards, LinkedIn, local unions, or your own network.
2. Screening calls (in Portuguese and, where possible, basic English) to confirm skills, experience, and relocation willingness.
3. Collecting the required paperwork in English—résumé, certification proofs, valid ID, and at least two reference checks.
4. Logging every detail in a shared Google Doc: contact data, experience summary, certification numbers, reference notes, and your personal assessment.
Deliverables I need from you:
• A Google Doc tracker with thirty fully vetted profiles that meet the above criteria.
• Scans of all supporting documents, neatly named and linked from the tracker.
• Weekly status updates so I can keep the client informed.
