Blockchain Talent Sourcing Recruiter
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
I’m expanding a product team that works exclusively on Blockchain, Cryptocurrency and Web3 initiatives and I need a recruitment partner who can keep the talent pipeline full and moving quickly. You’ll take full ownership of sourcing and hiring so my internal team can stay focused on shipping code and scaling the business.
What I’ll rely on you to do:
• Translate our stack and roadmap into clear job briefs that attract the right people
• Actively source across GitHub, Crypto Twitter, Discord, Web3 forums, LinkedIn and niche job boards
• Pre-screen for deep hands-on skills (Solidity, Rust, smart-contract security, protocol design, Layer-2 solutions, NFTs, DeFi, etc.) as well as culture fit and start-up mindset
• Present a concise weekly shortlist of vetted candidates with notes on availability, salary expectations and key strengths
• Coordinate interviews end-to-end, manage our lightweight ATS, gather feedback and keep every candidate engaged and informed
• Assist with offer negotiation and smooth hand-off to HR for onboarding
