U.S.-Based Recruitment Agent

Description:
We are seeking a U.S.-based recruitment agent to act as a local representative for our company in order to facilitate recruitment efforts on major U.S. job platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as our company's local agent for job postings on U.S. recruitment platforms (e.g., Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.)
Help our company pass platform reviews and verification requirements that require a U.S. representative
Post jobs on our behalf and manage compliance with platform policies
Assist in identifying and recommending suitable candidates based on our job descriptions
Maintain timely communication with our team and, if needed, with potential candidates
Requirements:
Must be physically located in the United States
Prior experience with U.S. job boards and platform policies is highly preferred
Strong communication and coordination skills
Trustworthy, responsive, and professional
Experience in HR, recruiting, or staffing is a plus
This is a part-time, remote opportunity. Compensation will be provided based on tasks completed, and we are open to establishing a longer-term partnership with the right person.
