I'm seeking a remote HR Recruiter for BPO and corporate recruitment. This is a commission-based freelance role, with earnings directly tied to your performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for BPO bulk hiring.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and supervisors.

Qualifications:
- Any educational background
- Recruitment experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective time management
- Familiarity with recruitment processes
- Freshers are welcome to apply
