Automotive Software Recruiters/Freelancers
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
Our startup company Nexellent Technologies Private Limited Pune is seeking automotive industry experienced recruiters to assist in resume collection, Scrutiny, hiring and deputing for different locations.
We require a combination of automotive industry experience and recruitment expertise. The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally in the technology sector.
- Should have very strong LinkedIn connect and Impactful candidate attracting capabilities.
- A background within the automotive industry or a strong understanding of the sector.
- Ability to source, screen and provide quality resumes of candidates with appropriate software development skills.
For Each requirement at least 20 screened resumes which are exactly matching and willing to join shall be shared remotely with details of each candidate and their background.
Based on candidate selection and offer needs to follow-up with each candidate till joining.
Payment will be done after 1 month of joining of the candidate.
