Asian Student Recruitment Counselors

You will act as an independent education counselor for our European-based university, focusing exclusively on recruiting and guiding students from Asia all the way to a successful enrollment. I pay on performance: each confirmed student earns you a commission plus additional incentives, so the upside is directly tied to your results.

What the role involves
• Sourcing motivated Asian applicants through any channel that works—online marketing, school visits, educational fairs or your own network.
• Advising each prospect on programs, entry requirements, and documentation until the application is complete.
• Coordinating with our admissions office to keep every file moving smoothly and to secure the final offer letter.
• Tracking conversions so we can verify and release your commissions quickly.

Essential profile
• Solid experience in education counseling.
• Up-to-date knowledge of university application processes.
• Fluency in at least one key regional language alongside English, so you can build trust with students and parents.

Deliverable
A confirmed enrollment is counted once tuition is paid and the student receives our official acceptance. Each verified enrollment triggers your commission payout immediately.
